TANMING BERHAD is a property development company established on Valentine's Day 1979. TANMING BERHAD'S first flagship project is known as Taman Taming Jaya in Balakong launched in 1986. It was developed by the company when the area was surrounded by rubber estate and no other developer was prepared to venture into that part of the Klang Valley. It is a mixed township development which comprising of 2,855 residential, commercial and industrial units and the entire scheme was completed in 1998. Other residential, commercial and industrial development projects completed by Tanming Berhad were primarily focused in the growth areas of Cheras, Kajang and Puchong. These projects have all been successfully handed over to the respective purchasers with the necessary infrastructure, landscaping etc. carried out to the full satisfaction of the relevant authorities. In addition, the company has also met its social obligations to the nation by fulfilling the low cost housing requirement in its various projects. To date, Tanming Berhad has completed more than 7,800 units of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
