Overview
Kanglian Development Sdn Bhd has come a long way ever since it started off as a Class F sub contractor for the Public Works Department (Jabatan Kerja Raya) in 1969. The company, which was renamed Kanglian Development in 1980, has turned into a full-fledge developer, when it started its first project Taman Orkid in Tapah. Over the last 50 years, it has continuously carried out various housing and commercial projects in Lower Perak. Today, it has become a well-established household name in Tapah, Bidor, Langkap and Teluk Intan. One of the notable successes the developer has achieved is the residential project in Taman Bunga Raya, which has been built extensively from Phase 1 to Phase 10, in Tapah. It also takes pride in its projects in Bidor Business Centre, Teluk Intan Industrial Park and plantations under FELDA, RISDA and FELCRA.
