In 1989 to 1991, Indra Pusaka Sdn Bhd completed 66 units of double storey terrace house at Taman Bercham Indah, Ipoh, Perak Darul Ridzuan. During 1993 to 1995, 277 units of double storey terrace house and shop lots were constructed at Taman Tasek Indra, Ipoh, Perak Darul Ridzuan. In 2011, we started developing 100 units of 2 and 3 storey shop lots at Taman Tasek Indra, Ipoh, which forms part of our Company’s “Pusat Perdagangan Tasek Indra” project. In 2013, our company started its development on 46 units of double storey terrace houses at Taman Tasek Indra, Ipoh, Perak namely called “Indra Avenue @ Taman Tasek Indra” and the response was overwhelming. Consistent with IPSB’s concept of creating an integrated development in Pusat Perdagangan Tasik Indra, we started development on 24 units of three storey shop office with mezzanine floor named “PPTI Phase 3A” in early 2015. Due to the overwhelming response to the 46 units of double storey terrace homes at Indra Avenue; we launched 66 units Double Storey Link Houses with land size of 22’ x 70’ adjacent to existing Indra Avenue; and this project is aptly named Indra Avenue 2.
