The HIllpark Kulim Perdana @ Kulim

SP Baiduri Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 11th August 1997 under the name of Rampaian Muda Sdn Bhd. before the name was changed to Safari Sik Sdn Bhd. and subsequently changed its name to SP Baiduri Sdn Bhd. on 29th November 2004. The company has an authorized capital of RM500,000 has been fully paid and subscribed. SP Baiduri is to undertake a mixed development of 1,200 acres of land located on the Eastern Part of Sungai Petani called Project Utama. This development is divided into twelve (12) different passes of each having a size of approximately 100 acres. The said land was previously owned by Rahman Hydraulic prior to it being taken over by Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad. Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Kedah had then purchased the said land from Pengurusan Danaharta National Berhad. All of the above land would finally be purchased from Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Kedah (PKNK). As at time of this report, a total of approximately 300 acres had been redeemed form PKNK. The planning approval to develop Project Utama had been given by the State Exco over the first seven (7) phases consisting of 706.922 acres. Except SP Baiduri own project, SP Baduri is one of the appointed contractor and sales agent with Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB). More than 1000 unit house has been built and sales to buyer. And now, SP Baiduri was also was selected to be appointed contractor, the first PR1MA Homes Project in Kedah. On the 24th January 2014, SP Baiduri is signed this agreement with PKNK and PR1MA, and shall look to step up efforts in fulfilling build 1,349 PR1MA homes on our Project Utama phase D1 and D2.
