The structural completion of Tower B of the YOO8 operated by Kempinski at 8 Conlay, Kuala Lumpur, has been announced by KSK Land.

Joanne Kua, chief executive officer and managing director of the KSK Land group, said in a statement on Thursday (June 30): "Following the structural completion of YOO8 Tower A late last year, we are extremely happy that 8 Conlay continues to progress steadily and we have now topped out and completed the structure of YOO8 Tower B."

Both YOO8 Tower A and B are anticipated to be finished by the beginning and end of 2023, respectively. Since their launches in 2015 and 2018, respectively, Towers A and B have had take-up rates of 80% and 40% each. The retail podium will then be finished in the first half of 2023, and the 8 Conlay Kempinski Hotel will be finished in the first half of 2024.
