Adenia Apartments, a low-density apartment development by WCT Land Sdn Bhd, has been launched in Bandar Parklands, Klang.
Adenia, which will be completed in 2025, is a single 22-story residence with 181 units on 3.02 acres of freehold land.
Each unit has a built-up area of 915 square feet and is priced at RM375,000 (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Each unit also includes two covered parking spaces with access to the elevator lobby.
Adenia has already seen a 200% increase in registers of interest for its units, claims WCT.

"Given the status of the economy right now, it is important that we keep constructing affordable housing because it enables us to expand and provide our nation with the houses it deserves. Nobody should be unable to afford a roof over their heads due to inflation, he added.
Adenia will also appeal to purchasers looking for a comfortable lifestyle, particularly urbanites with a strong demand for convenience—accessibility, facilities, and amenities, Chow continued.
Bandar Bukit Tinggi 1 and 2's commercial hubs, medical facilities, shopping centres, and educational institutions are all within close proximity to Adenia.
Additionally, the upcoming Johan Setia LRT3 station and depot are only a five-minute drive away. Adenia can also be accessed to the Federal Highway, the KESAS Highway, and the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE).
