Key takeaway:

For RM445 million, Uni Wall APS Holdings Bhd will purchase 518.81 hectares of land in Malaysia Vision Valley 2.0 (MVV 2.0) through NS Aero City Sdn Bhd (NSAC), a special purpose vehicle (SPV) it has established with NS Corporation.

In addition to a new central business district (CBD) for residential, commercial, regional office centres, and medical towns, Uni Wall said the land will be developed as the NS International Tech Park and will house light and medium industrial areas focusing primarily on the aerospace, food and beverage (F&B), pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries.

The environmental, social, and governance (ESG) regulations will be followed by the NS International Tech Park, allowing for the development of green business practices and sustainable growth.

In a statement, he added that after the proposed site acquisition is finished, "Moving forward, Uni Wall and its key partners will commence development work, bringing us one step closer to making MVV 2.0 a reality."

The Negeri Sembilan state government launched MVV 2.0, a corridor for economic growth that is one of 17 supported development zones in the Malaysian National Physical Plan.

The Seremban and Port Dickson districts make up the 153,411 hectares of land that make up the whole development.
