Tropicana Corporation Bhd (Tropicana) aims to launch nine projects totaling RM2.9 billion in order to unleash its prime landbank and drive expansion.
Property at prime locations in Tropicana's established, developed, and developing townships, with appealing pricing and novel ownership packages and offerings, the group believed, would be in high demand.
As a result, Tropicana will continue to be market-driven in its product offerings while also unlocking the value of its land bank in the Klang Valley, Genting Highlands, Northern, and Southern Regions, according to its managing director Dion Tan.
"To add to the excitement, from March 1 to June 30, 2022, we launched the Tropicana Power Up Campaign, which includes down payment assistance, free stamp duties on loan agreements and memorandums of transfers, double referral benefits, and bonuses on sale and purchase agreement signings."

Tropicana's landbank in the Klang Valley, Genting Highlands, and northern and southern regions is said to be focused on following the market in terms of product offers.
Tropicana's unbilled sales from residential, commercial, and resort developments were RM1.5 billion, with a total potential gross development value of RM152.2 billion.
