PROPERTY NEWS: Tropicana Corp's Recent Campaign Records An Astounding Success

The Multi-Million Mania campaign, which ran from January 21 to June 17, generated RM524.2 million in property bookings and RM10.7 million in retail sales, according to Tropicana Corporation Bhd (Tropicana).

A small office flexible office (SoFo) unit at Edelweiss in Tropicana Gardens worth RM519,000 was awarded to shopper Ho Lee See in a grand draw following the campaign's exciting participation of over 5,600 people.

“I had the chance to join this campaign because I purchased a unit at TwinPines Serviced Suites at Tropicana Grandhill, Genting Highlands. I was getting ready to drive home when I got the call. I’ve never won a lucky draw before, so I couldn’t believe it and was so happy to hear that I really won. I’d like to say thank you so much to Tropicana for my new unit at Edelweiss SOFO, Tropicana Gardens,” she said.

The 17.6-acre Tropicana Gardens integrated development's final tower, Edelweiss SOFO, features open and flexible floor plans that can be quickly converted into a beauty parlour or daycare facility, an art studio, and more. It shares space with the one million square foot Tropicana Gardens Mall, a retail landmark with seven levels and more than 160 businesses.
