On May 20, SkyWorld Development Group Sdn Bhd unveiled SkyAwani 3 Residences, the country's highest residential skybridge. The skybridge, according to the developer, is 550 metres long and spans three interconnected skyscrapers on level 52. This provides residents with unobstructed views of the Kuala Lumpur cityscape.

SkyAwani 3 Residences is one of the developer's Awani affordable home series and has a gross development value of RM570 million. It is located on a 4.55-acre leasehold parcel in Setapak, near to the under-construction SkyAwani 4 Residences.

The Qlassic (Quality Assessment System in Construction) compliant Residensi Wilayah project consists of three 52-story towers with a total of 1,905 residential units. Each of the three-bedroom, two-bathroom homes has an area of 800 square feet and costs RM300,000. The project began in July 2017 and has subsequently been completely funded. Since May 23, the units have been handed over.

Three-tiered security is available 24 hours a day. It has more than 20 full-fledged recreational facilities on the ground, eighth (podium), and 52nd floors, including a nursery room, children's playground, central main pool, Jacuzzi, games room, bamboo garden, basketball court, reflexology path, gymnasium, jogging track, multipurpose hall, and barbecue pavilion. The monthly maintenance price is RM210, which includes the sinking fund.
