The Twin Factories 3 and Detached Factories 1 development at the 1,500-acre Elmina Business Park in Sungai Buloh, Selangor from Sime Darby Property Bhd, has recorded a 100% take-up rate.
While the Detached Factories 1 includes four 120 ft × 215 ft detached units with a built-up of 11,942 sq ft and is valued at RM8.38 million, the Twin Factories 3 consists of 24 units of 120 ft x 200 ft semi-detached units with a built-up of 13,663 sq ft.
The factories provide buyers with excellent connectivity via five major roads, including the Guthrie Corridor Expressway, North-South Expressway, and the upcoming Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway, with a total gross development value (GDV) of RM213 million.
Freehold industrial estate Elmina Business Park features a proposed business support centre, worker housing, sizable parks, and recreational amenities.
