The first phase of Altora, which will be followed by the upcoming Phase 2A, of S P Setia's flagship development, Setia Alam, marked the launching of Musika Homes.

Musika Homes is the final double-storey terrace collection for Setia Alam, according to a press release by S P Setia.

After its Oct. 15 launch, Altora has seen an 85% take-up rate. It has 114 double-storey terrace units. The link homes have a land size of 22 feet by 75 feet and are priced between RM963,000 and RM1.34 million. They also include a five-foot open yard.

Altora has a built-up area of 2,298 to 2,520 square feet and has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. With the open wet and dry kitchens and the option to change a room into a workstation on the ground floor, the residences provide residents plenty of space. The master bedroom features a separate balcony and additional, flexible closet space.

After the launching of Altora, Setia Alam plans to launch Phase 2A by the end of November, which will include 120 double-storey terraces with a built-up that is similar to Altora.
