PROPERTY NEWS: S P Setia achieves a new record with two gold medals at the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards 2022

At the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Honors 2022, S P Setia Berhad was awarded double gold, keeping its title as the Malaysian developer with the most World Gold awards.

S P Setia has now won 15 gold medals. On June 9, the awards were hosted in Paris, France.

In the mixed-use development category, KL Eco City (KLEC) won, while Setia Marina 2 of Setia Eco Glades, Cyberjaya won in the residential (low-rise) category.

KLEC and Setia Marina 2 have already received the FIABCI Malaysia Property Award 2021 in the mixed-use development and residential (low-rise) categories, respectively.

"The international recognition of these two projects following their recent FIABCI Malaysia Property Award 2021 wins are a testament to the strength of our products in meeting the aspirations of everyone who has placed their trust in the Setia brand," said S P Setia president and CEO Datuk Choong Kai Wai in a statement today.

"We are really humbled to be recognised for our dedication to producing thoughtfully-planned complexes based on our LiveLearnWorkPlay concept and operating in accordance with the ESG pillars.
