Radium embarks its success in providing affordable homes

According to group managing director Gary Gan Kah Siong, the group has purposefully concentrated on enabling house ownership inside Kuala Lumpur, particularly in the inexpensive dwellings category in keeping with the city's rapid urbanisation.

According to Gan, Platinum Splendor Residensi Semarak has a 99.93% take-up rate.

He states that the group is now working on projects in Kuala Lumpur with a total GDV of RM1.45 billion, maintaining its upward trend.

The projects, whose completion is anticipated for the fiscal year 2025, are PV9 @ Taman Melati, Vista Sentul Residences, and Vista Wirajaya 2.

Gan stated that the management of Radium is excited to start this new phase of the group' development with regards to the upcoming initial public offering.

Radium aims to list in the second quarter of 2023, if no unforeseen circumstances arise.
