Key takeaway:
On Saturday (July 2), OSK Property unveiled LEA by the Hills, a low-density leasehold residential development in Taman Melawati, Selangor.
"LEA by the Hills is suitable for first-time homeowners, young professionals, upgraders, as well as downsizers who are looking for a relaxed atmosphere to call home," OSK Property Chief Executive Officer Ong Ghee Bin said in a statement on Saturday. Given that the Taman Melawati neighbourhood is mostly made up of affluent landed properties and is regarded as a premium neighbourhood, this project delivers a feeling of exclusivity and privacy.
LEA by the Hills will consist of a 29-storey tower with 344 residential units altogether, sitting on a 2.9-acre land in Taman Nadayu. The property is located in a tranquil and serene area of Taman Melawati, offering breathtaking views of the Klang Gates Quartz Ridge, and is only a short drive from the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
The standard homes at LEA by the Hills will have built-ups ranging from 1,050 to 1,243 square feet, three to four bedrooms, two to two bathrooms, a utility room, and a balcony. There are only 12 units per level, with just six exclusive units available, and each one has a unique private balcony.
All of the units, with prices beginning at RM560,000, are built with practical layouts and spacious living spaces and are expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026.
"It is our pleasure to provide the current market with the exclusivity and comfort they long for while also focusing on value and nature-oriented living. Living close to lots of greenery with stunning views of nature is a major draw of LEA by the Hills, he continued.
The Middle Ring Road 2, Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway, Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway, Setiawangsa-Pantai Expressway, and Jalan Genting Kelang all provide quick access to the development in terms of connectivity.
The Malaysian Institute of Art (MIA), Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Fairview International School, Columbia Asia Hospital, KPJ Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital, and Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur are just a few of the nearby amenities. Melawati Mall, KL East Mall, and Wangsa Walk Mall are also just within one's reach.
