2015 was when a personal discomfort turns into a discovery - our founder, Takahiro Mikami, came to Malaysia. He faced issues such as inauthentic listings and non-professional agents from the conventional property finder/service provider.

Tired and uncomfortable, he believed many property seekers might feel the same. Inspired to contribute to society, friends, family, and even himself, Takahiro Mikami then started NuProp.

The real estate industry is complex. NuProp aspires to let the community see the hidden truth - so this industry will be a little better, and the world too.

Our mission to contribute to sustainable community development might sound too vague. But from the beginning, NuProp set out to be a different kind of property platform - not just to celebrate your happy moments of purchasing a home, but also to present you with a rewarding experience as a smarter and wiser property seeker.
