MCT Unveils Casa Embun And Anticipates 2023

Key takeaway: The Casa Embun South Tower, a high-rise serviced apartment with two blocks and a total of 987 residential units and 16 commercial units, was recently unveiled by real estate developer MCT Bhd (MCT).

With more than 1,700 residential units sold since its unveiling in 2015, Cybersouth is home to about 5,000 people. Casa Embun was Cybersouth's first vertical construction, and Park Place I, the township's central park and initial commercial hub, was completed in 2022.

"Casa Embun was constructed in line with MCT's overarching plan for Cybersouth, which was envisioned to be a township that will remain and be valuable to future generations. Casa Embun is set to be the newest gem, and we have built upon the innovations that were included in the various phases of our developments in the Cybersouth township, said Teh Heng Chong, chief executive officer of MCT.

"We wanted to give value and quality to a larger market, therefore these homes have a starting price of RM286,800. We have already sold around 40% of Phase 1 and 100% of the commercial apartments, so this has already begun to provide positive outcomes," Teh continued.

Phase 2 of Casa Embun is expected to launch in the fourth quarter of 2023.
