According to Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum, the company's founder and group managing director, the strong take-up rates have given the company more confidence to provide similar residential properties to the market.
In the second half of 2022, Mah Sing plans to introduce the M Astra, starting at RM399,000, in Setapak, and the M Nova, starting at RM318,000, in Kepong.
The objective, according to Leong, is to snag any overflow demand from the RM468,000-starting M Adora in Wangsa Melawati and the RM385,000-starting M Luna in Kepong.
