M Senyum Rosalia 2, which is anticipated to enter the market in Q2 2023, is projected to have 160 units, a starting price of RM530,000, and a land area of 20 ft x 65 ft and 20 ft x 70 ft. The same quarter will see the launching of M Senyum's show village, which will include one bare unit and another with interior design.
The 1,176 double-storey terrace homes in the 100-acre M Senyum development are aimed at young professionals, newlyweds, and growing families.
"When we first acquired the M Senyum land, our goal was to build first-time homebuyers affordable landed residential properties. In May 2022, M Senyum launched Camellia, then Camellia 2. The great take-up rate of 88% with Rosalia was followed by positive responses to both phases of the double-storey terrace homes, according to Benjamin Ong Chin Yee, chief executive officer of Mah Sing property subsidiaries.
The Rumah Selangorku (RSKU) double-storey townhouses from the M Senyum development will also be made available. They have 178 units, a built-up area of 1,000 square feet (20' x 70'), three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, and are affordably priced at RM200,000.
