Key takeaway:
LBS Bina Group Bhd has surpassed its year-to-date sales objective of RM1 billion and is on course to exceed its overall sales target of RM1.6 billion.
The accomplishment is outstanding, according to its Executive Chairman Tan Sri Lim Hock San, who stated this in a press statement on Wednesday (July 27).
The sales target for 2022 is RM1.6 billion, and I'm delighted to report that we've already exceeded that goal by more than RM1 billion, which is a remarkable accomplishment in the first half of 2022. During the company's town hall meeting, Lim added, "All of these were made possible due to everyone here and also to those virtually with us today."
One of the firm's authorised communication channels for management and workers to convey corporate information and occurrences is the town hall meeting. 800 staff members from LBS and MGB Bhd both physically and virtually attended the hybrid event.
Lim talked about employee engagement throughout the meeting in an effort to raise staff morale and foster a positive working environment.
"Digitalization and automation are yet another facet of a better working environment that we will keep focusing on. In order to achieve data transparency and fast and efficient strategy formulation, we intend to significantly develop our robotic systems, which will considerably increase productivity and optimize our current operations, the executive said.
