With the Most Indoor Show House Units in its sales galleries, LBS Bina Group Bhd (LBS) has added another title to the Malaysia Book of Records. The KITA @ Cybersouth and LBS Alam Perdana sales galleries in the picture have a total cost value of RM14.8 million and RM16.4 million, respectively.

With a total built-up size of 34,783 sq ft, the KITA @ Cybersouth sales gallery was able to accommodate eight separate show houses under one roof, including units from The KITA @ Cybersouth sales gallery with a total built-up area of 34,783 sqft. alone managed to house eight different showhouses all under one roof, namely KITA Mekar’s Double Storey Terrace House, Townhouse, both lower and upper units, Single Storey Terrace, KITA Ria’s apartment of Type A and Type B, Idaman BSP, and KITA Sejati while LBS Alam Perdana with a total built-up area of 18,273 sqft. hosted five showhouses within one sales gallery, namely Ritma Perdana Townhouse, for both the lower and upper floor, Double-Storey, Melodi Perdana, and Idaman Perdana.

Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Seri Reezal Merican, Malaysia Book of Records Chief Operating Officer Christopher Wong, and LBS Executive Chairman Tan Sri Lim Hock San all attended the certificate presentation ceremony in the KITA @ Cybersouth sales gallery.

"It has always been a customer-centric decision to house several sorts of show house units under one sales gallery. House hunting may be a draining experience for homebuyers, especially if they want to see a variety of projects. As the People's Developer, our goal is to focus not only on the items we build, but also on the service we provide, both before and after a customer purchases a home from us. As a result, the concept to house a variety of show houses under one roof was conceived," said Lim.

"This also enables potential homebuyers to visit various developments at any time, rain or shine." LBS will continue on this path in future sales galleries since it helps us achieve our efficiency and sustainability goals.

With a total of 103 facilities, LBS's first Malaysia Book of Records entry was for its BSP21 project, which won the accolade for the Most Number of Facilities in a Residential Development in Malaysia.
