The 275 suites at Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur, which are located on levels 13 and up, each include a private pool, whereas the 164 units at Grandview Residence are located on levels 36 to 49, offering premium lifestyle. Grandview Residence and Imperial Lexis KL will both be operated by Lexis Hotel Group.
Swimming pool, gym, spa, rooftop open-air satellite bar on the 53rd level, Sky Deck on the 51st floor, multipurpose hall, conference rooms, and a ballroom are just a few of the amenities offered.
In a news release, KL Metro Firm managing director Datuk Low Tak Fatt stated that the group had successfully sold 92% of the units under a sales and leaseback scheme before its launch.
While preparing for the launch of Imperial Lexis KL and Grandview Residence, Mandy Chew, president of Lexis Hotel Group, announced that the company will hire and train 200 people from communities in and around the Klang Valley.
