Phase 1 of Elmina Green Six flexi-linked residences in the City of Elmina, Shah Alam by Sime Darby Property Bhd reported a 100% take-up rate and Phase 2 will be unveiled by the end of this month.
Elmina Green Six comprises linked homes (22ft x 80ft) with a built-up size that ranges from 2,170 to 2,675 sq ft. Phase 1 includes 116 units of Type 1 residences with four large bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms with the starting price of RM962,888. Elmina Green Six also features a 12-ft garden in the backyard.
In a recent interview, "Elmina Green Six homes capture the motivation and wholesome spirit of the community", said Datuk Lai Shu Wei, Sime Darby Property’s chief marketing and sales officer.
The third generation of the township's Signature Series, Elmina Green Six, features multigenerational houses that provide a better mix between flexibility, spaciousness, and comfort.
The Elmina Green Six homes include pitched roofs, contrasting facade components, and rustic brick veneer cladding with modern vernacular aesthetics.
Each unit has stone wool roof insulation, excellent sanitary equipment, and the City of Elmina's renowned FittingsPlus+, which includes metal security grilles, built-in air conditioning piping, a water booster pump, and other features.
Three tranquil parks with 18 amenities are also available for residents in the Elmina Green Six neighbourhood.
According to Sime Darby Property, Phase 2 of Elmina Green Six, which offers Type 2 residences with 4+1 bedrooms and five bathrooms, will be launched soon at the end of this month.
The City of Elmina is a 6,500-acre township in Shah Alam that emphasises wellness, located along the Guthrie Corridor. It is accessible by the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), the Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR), the Guthrie Corridor Expressway, and the forthcoming Damansara-Shah Alam Highway (DASH).
