Grandis units have a land size of 20ft by 70ft, with a built-up of 2,157 sq ft and four bedrooms and three bathrooms. These units have a starting price of RM808,000 and are located within a 100m radius of the township’s clubhouse, with their backlanes directly connecting to the township’s central playground.
According to the statement, Akil Kalimullah, Myra's Brand and Culture Chief, expressed that Myra Gardens aims to create a peaceful haven that balances the hustle and bustle of city life with a serene retreat for its residents. Begonia, the premium phase, is an effort to offer contemporary living while meeting the desires and needs of homebuyers. Myra is dedicated to creating homes that align with these requirements.
The release noted that Begonia is a gated and guarded development with a two-tier security system and is the residential project closest to the facilities offered in the township. The Myra Gardens facilities include a clubhouse, gymnasium, swimming pool, multifunctional hall, co-working space, and kindergarten, among others.
In addition, the township and surrounding areas offer amenities such as AEON Rawang, Giant Hypermarket, government schools, and medical facilities. Furthermore, the township is in close proximity to Bukit Lagong's recreational forest.
Myra Gardens enjoys proximity to Rawang and Sungai Buloh, providing easy access to major highways like the Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR), Guthrie Corridor Expressway, and North-South Expressway, ensuring excellent connectivity.
Upon completion, Myra Gardens will comprise a total of 587 landed residential units and have a gross development value of RM440 million, which will be spread across six phases.
