Seven new commercial and residential projects with a total gross development value (GDV) of RM4.5 billion have been lined up by DK-MY Properties Sdn Bhd and are expected to be completed by 2025 in the Klang Valley.
In a news release, managing director Danny Koek stated that "the real estate market has been reviving fast following the transition to the endemic phase and we are expecting increased demand in the property sector."

The Suite, which emphasises the reimagining of co-working and co-living spaces by merging smart home technology, will be the first project the developer will introduce. The project is backed by SAMA+, the first unique five-star customised provider in Malaysia that offers a wide range of smart-living technologies. The project's information will be disclosed soon.
A 1.06-acre freehold commercial complex in Bandar Sri Damansara, which will include 492 co-living and working apartments, is another project that will be unveiled this year. The project offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units that are designed to provide millennials and young couples with a hotel-like experience as their first homebuying.
Environmental sustainability is a priority for DK-MY Properties while developing new projects. Its ultra-low-density residential project at Cheras Hill, which is situated on 28 acres of forest on Ketumbar Hill, is one of such initiatives.
Future mixed-use projects by DK-MY Properties include the Puchong Intan residential complex, SSTwo Mall (an urban wellness living concept mall), and D'Twist (a technology-driven mall featuring the deepest indoor diving pool in the world).
Its D'Immersione project in Mont'Kiara, meanwhile, is anticipated to be finished in the first quarter of 2024. The 2.8-acre freehold mixed development project contains 506 residential apartments, office space, a shopping mall, and a GDV of RM1.08 billion.
